We train our tissues for strength, endurance, range of motion, stamina etc... But we never seem to train for letting go. So many of us have areas of our body that hold chronic or parasitic tension. These areas need special care and techniques to release. This practice blends Yin and Somatics to facilitate letting go. For practice you will need a bolster, a blanket and two blocks or items that can substitute for these props.
