The Power of Boundaries
Jean and Chandrika discuss patterns that lead us away from our Peaceful Embodiment, including people-pleasing, seeking external approval, and giving away our time, energy and resource on aspects of life that are not aligned with our own needs and values. The power of setting and sustaining healthy boundaries, including carving out time for personal practice is highlighted.

Peaceful Embodiment at the End of Life
The inevitably of our physical mortality is always present, yet for most people, it is easily shelved, ignored, and left out of our contemplation, as the pressing concerns of living take centre stage. When we face the loss of a loved one, or when we have a health issue that is potentially life-limiting, then we necessarily take stock of our understanding of death and dying processes. In this episode, Chandrika talks to Satyam Brown, palliative care social worker and counsellor, about his work and how we might facilitate peaceful embodiment right up to the end of life.

So interesting and honest
Thank you for this podcast, I'm finding it so interesting to hear a fresh and honest take on yoga that really considers how we can make yoga truly inclusive and get away from the weird competitive yoga vibe that's growing on social media. Even more excited to do your Yoga for cancer course soon. 🙏🏻
