In this episode, I share some valuable lessons I've learned throughout her career in the production business. I share the importance of prioritising tasks and doing the hardest thing first, as well as the mindset shift of rehearsing things to remove pressure and foster creativity. I also talk about the concept of allocating levers to achieve goals when you get stuck and the power of reverse engineering. I also emphasise that success is a result of consistent effort and a hundred smaller nudges, rather than one big opportunity.
