Hi Guys, welcome back to TV Reload. Thank you for clicking or downloading on today’s episode with Lily the fifth eliminated contestant on Masterchef Australia. Which is on Network Ten from Sunday through to Thursday nights at 7:30.

Having relocated to Sydney in 2019, Lily loved it so much that she stayed, meeting her partner Nick. Not one to forget her British roots, Lily is inspired by English chefs and icons including Jamie Oliver, Clare Smyth, Mary Berry, Julius Roberts and Thomas Straker.

Lily is an intuitive cook, her signature style is homely, hearty food, made with love. Confident in balancing flavours and has a knack for bringing ingredients together. Lilly is a perfectionist and challenge-seeker with a love of learning, I think our English born participant was really fun tot watch and a great debrief with her today.

Lily will discuss everything from that chicken maryland being undercooked to which contestants and judges she liked the best.
We will also unpack how common undercooked chicken can send you to hospital and what made her choose that dish.
I will compare the English version of Masterchef with the Australian and find out which series is better and why

UNPACKED REALITY - MASTERCHEF AUSTRALIA - KHRISTIAN

Hi Guys, welcome back to TV Reload. Thank you for clicking or downloading on today’s episode with Khristian. The fourth eliminated contestant on Masterchef Australia. Which is on Network Ten from Sunday through to Thursday nights at 7:30.

Khristian, 26 currently works in insurance services but he’s had a passion for food ever since he was 10 years old and helped his single-mum out by stepping up and learning to cook.

My guest today got a lot of attention during the promotion of this season and I think that has to do with his real passion for joining this season. He loves food and is a big softy... who I was really enjoying on this season.

The guy would get excited about a spoon and didn’t crumble when he forgot half the recipe. He was a joy to watch and a joy to chat with today. So I hope you enjoy our chat.

Khristian will discuss his upbringing and what his mates thought of him going on the show.
We also discuss who inspired him to sign up and which previous Masterchef Australia alumni is one of his good mates.
After chatting with Khristian for like two minutes, I realised that he would be great to go into schools and talk about his Masterchef experience with young people.
I will find out how bad that sugar glass cut was, which judge was his favourite and who he connected to the most.
There is an opportunity to find out how the production company sends you off and what actually happens when you have been eliminated.

There is so much to unpack with Khristian. So sit back and relax as we unpack his time in the Masterchef Australia.

UNPACKED REALITY - MASTERCHEF AUSTRALIA - JONATHAN

Hi Guys, welcome back to TV Reload. Thank you for clicking or downloading on today’s episode with Jonathan the third eliminated contestant on Masterchef Australia. Which is on Network Ten from Sunday through to Thursday nights at 7:30.

MasterChef Australia’s Jonathan is a carpenter by trade, but his passion has always been cooking. Ever since he was 10 years old, he’s been making himself dinners and meals with very early experience in understanding of flavours. Jonathan loves the joy cooking can bring and he enjoys curating menus and entertaining his mates.

On MasterChef Australia, Jonathan was hoping to get the experience he needs to move from being a carpenter to a chef. His source of inspiration is Andy Allen, a man who went from being a sparky to being one of MasterChef Australia’s current judges.

Jono will reveal the emotional story behind his final dish and why at such a young age he was cooking for himself and living with his Nona.
We will discuss how the order of when the judges try your food could affect the judges critics.
I will get Jono’s insights into how the pressure of being filmed over long hours can make you feel self conscious and why that clock can send you made.
There is an opportunity to highlight the magic of this show and how it has not only created a bond with his 2024 cast but now feels connected to an over Masterchef family.

There is so much to unpack with Jono. So sit back and relax as we unpack his time in the Masterchef Australia.

UNPACKED REALITY - MASTERCHEF AUSTRALIA - STEPH

Hi Guys, welcome back to TV Reload. Thank you for clicking or downloading on today’s episode with Steph. The second eliminated contestant on Masterchef Australia. Which is on Network Ten from Sunday through to Thursday nights at 7:30.

After making it into the MasterChef Australia class of 2024 Steph proved she is a breath of fresh air with her warmth and personality.

Identifying as a savoury girl through and through, Steph cooks meat to perfection and loves creating high-end dishes.

Inspired by favourite chefs like Jamie Oliver, Nigella Lawson, Ruth Rogers and Mike Reid, Steph is on a mission in the kitchen and in future, hopes to host exclusive pop-up dining experiences.

Steph will reveal what was really going on inside her head and why she struggles to listen at times. We do find out what her Mum thought of that comment about her on the show and why she thinks Steph went home.
We will discuss Jamie Oliver and what he was really like during filming and we get answers on reports Jamie Oliver is stopping viewers from getting to know some of the new judges?
Steph offers insights into how they collect the stories during filming and if they do have producers on set that get edited out?
There is a fun analogy of one of the judges being like Mr Bean and I am sure you will have a giggle on that.

There is so much to unpack with Steph. So sit back and relax as we unpack her time in the Masterchef Australia.

Hi Guys, welcome back to TV Reload. Thank you for clicking or downloading on today’s episode with James the first eliminated contestant on Masterchef Australia. Which is on Network Ten from Sunday through to Thursday nights at 7:30.

Having forged a successful career in primary teaching, family man James is a father, to son Benji and daughter Goldie. Becoming a parent has changed his perspective and he told me his kids remind him everyday on how to always find the joy in life.

James was determined to lead by example which in so many ways I feel he achieved and showing his own kids, along with those he teaches, that you can go against the grain and embrace a challenges with nothing to lose. While he was eliminated this week I think it is an amazing achievement to get onto the show and I look forward to unpacking his time on the show.

James will reveal which of the judges-style he connected with the most and if he noticed a shift in making sure we as an audience hear some of the instructions being offered this season. With tips we can actually use at home.
We will discuss his early departure. From his calamari, to how the kitchens are allocated and what advantages he learnt while filming his five episodes
I will get his opinions on the way in which contestants can stand out and if having a bigger backstory helps you stay in the competition longer.
There are some tips on how to be 'Masterchef-fit' and of course where he hopes his food dreams may still take him.

There is so much to unpack with James. So sit back and relax as we unpack his time on Masterchef Australia.

Bestacey ,

Thank you from a fellow tv obsesser!

This is the podcast I didn’t even know I needed! Looking forward to hearing some good behind the scenes insights x

misssymooo ,

Could be a lot better

The host seems to think his input is more important than the guest. Even to the point of talking over the top of them.

Claire Fischer ,

A bit to cheesy but fine

I tried to listen and was enjoying it until I saw his Facebook page and his true values . I think he’s using this platform to get another gig in the media .. Fun but nothing that many other podcasts do better with that have much greater insights . He acts like a game show host which is a bit cheesy too ..Ok if you want some light listening working out etc
