Deadpool & Wolverine Deep Dive Trailer Review Big Guns Out
And so it comes to pass that DeadPool and Wolverine finally get their chance to square off and team up in their own movie. For the Marvel universe it could be too little too late. Even though DeadPool (Ryan Reynolds) says he’s the Marvel Jesus hoping to reset the Marvel timeline. In any case I think we’re all excited to see the claws come out once more for Hugh Jackman and Wolverine. Sure he had a respectful send off in “Logan” but this could be the cherry on top. As the latest trailer dropped we get to see that Wolverine is not just a side character or cameo. Looks like we’ll get to see quite a bit of funny banter and action as these two rip through the Marvel Multiverse. Join me as we do a deep dive into the latest trailer for DeadPool & Wolverine.

Joker. A movie we didn’t want but didn’t mind. It’s dark mood and dingy Gotham themes made it into the hearts of general audiences and fans. But a sequel ? And a Musical at that ? When we think about Hollywood remakes the first question is sometimes…why ? In the case of the new Road House remake that question is only the beginning. With none of the charm, cohesiveness or even well developed characters as the original. Let’s face it Patrick Swayze’s Road House wasn’t exactly film perfection. But it knew when to joke and when to take itself seriously. I feel bad for new generations of movie fans who have to watch Hollywood try to Frankenstein movies of the past. The Oscars used to be the night of nights. We would all get so excited to see our favourite stars and movies on show. But when Hollywood started preaching rather than entertaining it all went downhill. 2024 Academy Awards was not too different. Sure they seen a bit subdued but Jimmy Kimmel is not the man to resuscitate this dying decadent tradition. Not to mention poor form as he punched down with a nasty joke during Robert Downey Jr’s well earned award accolades. And Al Pacino and Robert De Niro prove it’s better to bow out when you’re on top.
