    The world is full of advice about how we should do things. Frequently that becomes a recipe for beating yourself up if what works for one person doesn't work for you. We've all been there - been offered a "system" or a collection of steps that if we follow them, we'll get the results want. We try it out for ourselves, only to find that it just doesn't work for us. And we make it mean that we are somehow flawed, rather than the system being a bad fit for us. Claire suggests practical tips to actually feel better and make progress on your goals. You can let go of the pressure to fit into someone else's "solution" by acknowledging that wherever you are, it's all a part of your process. I really is okay if what works for one person doesn't work for you. #midlifelesbian #lesbianlifecoach
