I was late to the party in listening to the Rdella Training podcast. I was first introduced to it when Ryan Debell was interviewed on the show (I’ve previously listened to a lot of his work on the Movement Fix), but have been chewing through about 3-4 episodes a week to get caught up!

Scott’s interview style is spot on, giving his guests the space to present their thoughts, and only injecting enough of himself into the conversation to add value or perspective. The guests are amazing as well, and I’ve learned a lot from listening to Kelly Starett, Mike Israetel, and Stuart McGill.

If you like strength training as a hobby, or as a tool to improve health or performance, this podcast ticks all the boxes.

2016 Looking forward

I really enjoy listening to your podcasts. The combination of short and long episodes really seem to hit the mark. Looking forward to 2016 and the wealth of information from Scott. Will be purchasing the ebook version of the edge of strength.
