Guided runs AMAZING!

Thank you so much Kelly these guided runs have helped me go from running for about 8 mins max and feeling exhausted after, to being able to run for a half hour or more! I’m a fifty year old and thought I’d never be able to run for an extended period of time again, this has changed my perception of what I can do! I love all the advice, thanks for talking our heads off while we run. Feeling stronger everyday.

Best podcast

Kelly is honestly the most real and raw person out there on the internet. Found her podcast not long ago and I have since listened to multiple a day. Can’t get enough!!! I don’t know what I’m going to do once I’ve gotten through them all. Love this podcast!!
