In this episode I share my own story of how I got diagnosed with Endometriosis back in 2019 and how it continues to impact my everyday life. As mentioned, I am not a qualified Medical practitioner in any means, this is me simply sharing my journey. Although some days are more challenging than others, I am beyond grateful to have access to an incredible array of Medical Professionals/Treatments to assist me throughout my journey and an immense support system behind me. Remember to listen to your body if it's telling you something, you know your body best.
