Awesome podcast
Hi Dr carl, I listen to everything you talk about on all platforms but personally I think Dr lewis is too boring, he’s quite intelligent guy and everything but to me he’s just too into the subject and it often doesn’t translate too well into regular people mind …
Was good… now politicised garbage
Heart breaking to hear the garbage spewed by my once hero Dr Karl :(
Great Dietary Science
Love your guest Prof Claire Collins. She always add knowledge about focus and our i bodies interactions with it. Saw another review complaining about her voice. What irrelevant mysoginistic hog wash! Love listening to her communicate her knowledge and latest science. Great voice, full of presence.
