WHO ARE WE? ”Cousins, Real Estate Investors, Educators, Podcasts and one‘s even an Author!”
Cousins Alex and James Fitzgerald, hosts of The Double Shot Podcast, are under 35yr property professionals who’ve collectively transacted over $500M of real estate and are investors themselves. They also both work for Custodian, a company founded by CEO and Author John Fitzgerald (Yes! they are related) – who also wrote best seller “7 Steps to Wealth”. At Custodian, we have been helping Australians from all walks of life on how to utilise their equity and savings and the power of compound growth, to secure their financial future, and repay their mortgage much faster in the process. Custodian was founded by author of best seller “7 Steps to Wealth”, to help thousands apply the strategy highlighted in the book. When it comes to Real Estate, you couldn’t pick a better channel.

Awesome podcast for young investors
This show has taught me a lot about investing and getting into property as a young person. Really appreciate all the info and advice from these two!
Look for a more balanced view
This podcast at surface level may seem light hearted and humorous, but deeper then that it has touches of a guy standing at pacific fair with a clipboard talking about how you can own a property for the cost of three coffees a week, and the words “growth corridor” being dropped like he’s telling you the coordinates of the holy grail, all I’m saying is maybe get a second and third opinion from someone who isn’t selling of a stock list.
Fun easy news
I love that it’s just the important real estate highlights from the week and the bad jokes don’t hurt either
Keeps me more up to date than the most of the office for sure !
