Newly disgraced Captain Joanna Williams breaks out of prison with the help of her lieutenant, Jackson Collins. Together they enlist the help of their navigator and his autistic brother, Jerry, and all devise a plan to steal back their airship and fly away from the country who betrayed them and now calls them traitor.

With everyone desperately hiding within the Mockingbird, which is itself hidden within a quickly evaporating mist cloud, and with clockwork search bots hovering overhead, Jerry tries to talk with his brother at an extremely wrong moment.

Colonel Fetherton informs Admiral Williams of Joanna's escape and possible theft of her grounded ship the Mockingbird.

Captain Squash of his ship, the infamous Slutty Sara, along with Knackles his quartermaster, and Howler his lookout and unfortunately annoying relation, scan the skies as they come upon Joanna and Joseph and witness their emotional exchange (as heard in the clip titled "Father and Daughter Re-Unite".

Joanna pulls a gun on Jack as he tries to leave the bridge in order to help Jerry bring the ship back in order. He sees Joanna as someone now losing her mind amidst the storm that threatens to destroy them all.

Charlie argues with Joanna to get her to let him give dousing the ship's outside hull fire another go. She has made an executive decision to dive straight out of the clouds, risking their capture.
