Lukas and Alicia Talk Time with Senior Lecturer of Criminology and The University of Melbourne, Dr. Diana Johns. As a renowned academic, mentor and author, Diana's work is focused on the effects of criminalisation, the impacts of imprisonment, and the possibilities of restorative, relational and reintegrative justice practices. In addition to this, Diana works as a beacon in the area of African Gangs and the media portrayal of them in Australia and is a lead researcher with the Centre for Multicultural Youth in Melbourne. Diana is a strong voice for those that have been previously incarcerated and works on many projects to increase opportunities for those that have served time or whose voices can not be heard. Diana is a flat out legend in this space and is a delight to listen to. Enjoy!
