This podcast is made for ambitious people who want to discover the tools to sustainably navigate a busy schedule and live their best life in the process. If you never have time for the things you really want to be doing, constantly find your self care or down time is rushed and unproductive (or non-existent) and regularly experience guilt and that feeling you should be doing more, I know exactly how you feel.
The traditional concept of work-life-balance didn't make sense to me. Work is a part of our lives, and our lives are so much more than just ‘not work’. Nobody was speaking my language.
So, I decided to set that straight. I started The Balance Theory in 2020 as a platform to start the conversation around finding this sense of balance in the topics and areas that matter: mindset, health, career, growth and self awareness.
So if you’re like me and looking for practical and personal tools and insights to help find your unique balance; you can tune in weekly on your favourite streaming platforms to be inspired by guests like Kelsey Wells, Steph Claire Smith, Laura Henshaw, Leah Itsines, Sarah Davidson, Katie Williams and more.
If you’re ready to take balance back into your own hands, then this podcast is for you.

Unpacking mental blocks to doing nothing (before the holidays) & thoughts on alcohol/intuition
In this episode I share some honest thoughts about my struggle doing nothing and the internal beliefs that have honestly blocked me from embracing that time. Ahead of the festive season/holidays this is so important because how many times have you gotten to the holidays and either (a) gotten sick or (b) been in such a whirlwind of busyness that by the time you're on break, you're too exhausted to enjoy anything - not this year!
I'll share some conscious tips I'm going to start to try and embrace now from early December to enjoy my holidays in a more intentional way PLUS I share some new found revelations I had with the impact of alcohol on my intuition.
Great to listen to get you primed and intention pre-holiday season!
