The Fear Of Failure

In this week's episode, I wanted to talk about the fear of failure and the voices that appear when the inevitable time of failure appears. I share moments from my upbringing, growing up in a strict orthodox Jewish community and the desire I had to succeed that came from generational trauma and pressures. These moments and their after effects carried on in my life up until adulthood where I began to learn that not everything comes to you in your life the way you expect it to. 

There’s another moment in this podcast that definitely was not expected! It gave me a moment to reflect on some special people in my life that unexpectedly tied in beautifully with the conversation of this podcast, so enjoy!
