Informative
Informative and well researched while being easy to understand and listen to. Love!
SIBO
Very informative episode. One comment I’d make is that keto does not restrict fruit completely just limiting high carb fruits. So the colourful ones like blueberries, raspberries etc that are low in fructose fit in with the suggestion in this episode to eat colourful fruit and veggies
