Highly enjoyable, very informative and entertaining
If 35 year old me would have had a chat with 45 year old me and been told that their favourite podcast would be about fitness and exercise rather than economics, politics or finance then I’d love to have been a fly on the wall.
The GTT podcast is great value: highly enjoyable, very informative and what’s more thoroughly entertaining.
Highly recommended for a listen or subscription for anyone even vaguely interested in fitness, health and positive lifestyle.
