So many lightbulb moments

I have been listening to Melissa’s podcast for years (and feel bad it’s taken me this long to write a review - but better late than never for a busy mumma, I guess ;). I love the variety of guests she has on the show and there have been so many times where an episode has lead me down a new path of discovery and improved wellbeing.

Most recently, I have enjoyed listening along to Melissa’s motherhood journey as I have also been pregnant.

It would be nice to see a little more diversity in the background and identification of guests, as well as acknowledgement of country. But other than that, Melissa really does shine as a host through her authenticity and the way she embraces life to the fullest.
