I loved this conversation.

Why We Need To Stop Deferring Life & Happiness, With 'The Bucket List Guy' Travis Bell
Today is ostensibly a conversation about bucket lists, but it is a much deeper, thought-provoking conversation about actually living life, rather than deferring it until you retire, which many people do.
Travis, like myself, started out in the fitness industry many years ago, but has evolved into personal development apace and helping people live their best lives. We discuss Travis' own journey, which started out as a successful Fitness Industry entrepreneur, and the driver to re-invent himself and start living his best life. We then go into the idea of a bucket list and a reverse bucket list, and how to put some structure around those things.
Check out Travis' website for his blogs, awesome book and options to have him speak to your organisation.

Put the advice and knowledge into action and I’m noticing actions
So I have been trying to catch up to your current podcasts and I am 6 months deep and about 6 mor moths of podcasts to catch up.
I have noticed a change in my mentality and mood but taking advice on food and filing my body in better ways, and noticing changes in my weight and energy.
Some great stuff in these podcasts and I recommend to do your own experiments to see what will work for you, and you can start and try.
Prof Richard Johnson episode
A brilliant discussion, filled with fascinating insights and I’m going to listen again to take it all in. I love the way it ties all the theories of the causes of obesity together. Thank you Paul for a great interview.
