Defying All Odds With Conner Alexander #102

Defying All Odds With Conner Alexander #102

A few months ago I was shared a story of the curveball thrown to a young man Conner Alexander.

From nearly dying in a car accident that took the life of one of his best friends, to being told he was unlikely to walk again. When I learnt of his story he was back walking, paddling around on a stand up paddleboard and defying all odds. I reached out to this incredible young man to try and learn more about his story and help share it with the world.

What I learnt in this interview was not only has Conner defied all the odds to be here right now but he truly defines the word resilience. Make sure to listen in and learn from his incredible story

Get in Shape in 12 Weeks or 12 Months?

Get in Shape in 12 Weeks or 12 Months?

If you could get in shape in 12 weeks but put the weight back on afterwards or do it in 12 months and never have to do it again which would you choose?

Depending on these, your going to choose different diets, different training, different lifestyles.

These choices are all fine as long as you know what those choices feed...

If you want to keep the weight off then choosing fad diets and hours of cardio probably isn't the right choice

But if you only care about the photo at the end of the diet then thats cool too.
