The Karpman Drama Triangle was first described by Stephen Karpman in the 1960s. It is a model of dysfunctional social interactions and illustrates a power game that involves three roles: Victim, Rescuer, and Persecutor, each role represents a common and ineffective response to conflict.

BRIT IS PREGNANT! WITH TWINS!! OMG! Their journey, pregnancy after loss and all your questions answered!

BRIT IS PREGNANT! WITH TWINS!! OMG! Their journey, pregnancy after loss and all your questions answered!

Please note: This podcast discusses miscarriage and pregnancy after loss.

🎙️ Get ready for an extra special episode of The Pineapple Podcast, because Brit has some incredible news to share... she's pregnant! And not just with one little bundle of joy, but with twins!! 🤰🤰 Join us as we dive into Brit's journey, from the excitement of discovering she's expecting twins to navigating the ups and downs of pregnancy after loss.

    A note from Brit:

I just want to drop in and express a huge heartfelt THANK YOU for all the love, well wishes, messages of support, hugs in person and checking in over the last few weeks since we announced our news to the Pineapple Community. ✨

I also want to express how wary I am of adding to the noise of another perfect pregnancy announcement when the journey is very seldom easy.

I’ve had the honour of training women for the last 11 years and know the silent struggles many overcome to create a family. Women are incredible and whilst I have always known that, my personal experience over the past year has taken my awe to new depths.

Our path has not been without prior loss and heart ache and while it is a minuscule drop in the ocean in comparison, I want to acknowledge the know the mixed emotions that can arise when you see another announcement.

You are very much seen by me if you’ve been trying to TTC endlessly, if you’re in an anxious limbo period, if you’ve recently experienced loss or are now nervously newly pregnant after loss- no words will ever be right but I see you.

After I could lift my head from the toilet bowl (lol), Tim and I sat down with Shell to record a podcast. We delve into our journey further and how I have found pregnancy after loss. Plus, we'll answer all your burning questions about pregnancy, twins, and everything in between!

How the the landscape of workouts for women has changed and PF's evolution!

How the the landscape of workouts for women has changed and PF's evolution!

Welcome to a special bonus episode of The Pineapple Podcast! Today, we're diving deep into the evolution of workouts for women over the past decade and exploring how Pineapple Fitness has been at the forefront of these exciting changes.

From humble beginnings as one of the first outdoor boot camps in Newcastle, Pineapple Fitness has been on a journey of growth and innovation. We were pioneers in creating a safe and supportive space for women to train, long before the concept of women-only fitness groups became mainstream in our city.

As we expanded, so did our understanding of what women truly need from their workouts. We debunked the myth that strength training makes women bulky and embraced the importance of building muscle for body composition and overall health. Our second studio marked a pivotal moment in our evolution, as we fully embraced strength training as a cornerstone of our programming.

Now, as we reflect on the latest research and insights, we're continually striving to meet the evolving needs of women, particularly those over 35. We're focused on delivering smart, science-backed training methods that prioritize strength, mobility, and longevity. Because at Pineapple Fitness, we believe that every woman deserves to feel strong, confident, and empowered in her own skin. So join us as we explore the future of women's fitness and discover how we can all train smarter, not harder! 🍍💪
