Mind blowing!

This is such an amazing podcast and so easy to understand and follow.
Absolutely love how Joanne has followed up her claims with studies and how she made this sometimes confronting information so easy to understand.
My mind has been blown and this has truly convinced me to change my life and that of my family.
It’s so frustrating and infuriating all this misinformation we have been taught for decades because of these money hungry corporations.
..and the information on probiotics?!

Great insights into Carnivore Diet!

Very easy podcast to listen to as each episode is not too long! Joanne explains everything in such a simple way and makes it so easy to understand. She also shares her journey from experimenting with different diets and offers great insights on what it’s like to transition to a carnivore diet and her health transformation. My partner and I just started this diet and it has been hard for me but this podcast has been keeping me going! Thanks so much Joanne!! 😊😊
