How can Clare O’Neill be so clueless and seriously blame the greens for not supporting yet more terrible housing policy! It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to understand that ‘help to buy’ housing schemes do nothing but keep housing prices high, as well as put vulnerable people into potentially precarious financial situations and negative equity. I am so tired of these ‘boomer’ policy ideas that fail to see the bigger picture and long-term consequences. That’s why I no longer vote labour (and definitely not liberal who are even worse). Shame on them. Luckily they are both a dying breed.
