In this episode, Cathleen chats to Zara Lim, a ballet dancer turned lawyer turned creative business owner. They discuss her multiple career changes and her latest pivot in the face of the COVID-19 pandemic.

 Zara Lim is a ballet dancer turned lawyer turned creative business owner and self-taught painter. Graduating from La Trobe University with a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Laws with Honours, Zara worked as a intellectual property and commercial litigation lawyer at global and boutique law firms, and also served as an associate to a judge of the Supreme Court of Victoria. At the end of 2019, Zara went all in with her true passion, Edward Kwan, a bespoke label specialising in custom hand painted bow ties, ties and invitations, predominantly for wedding clients. Prior to her law career, Zara trained full-time in ballet for 7 years at the Australian Ballet School and the Victorian College of the Arts Secondary School.
