Ever have trouble getting your body and mind to calm down at the end of the day? Have you ever found that as nighttime comes, all you want to do is play? Well did you know that meditation is a fun way to relax your body so you can fall asleep easily?
I’m Katie and years ago, when my girls were babies, I started a family of podcasts called the Women’s Meditation Network. Throughout the years as my girls have grown, many of the meditations I’ve created have been for them, meditations that had important messages I wanted them to hear or were fun, calming visualizations I knew they would love and would help them fall asleep. Here on Sleep Meditation for Kids, I want to share them with you too and I hope you love them as much as they do!
Now, don’t you worry if it takes you some time to calm down once you press play on a meditation…I play them every night for my girls and we usually have it playing in the background as they get themselves settled. Sometimes it takes minutes for them to doze off, and sometimes it takes a few meditations…but eventually they drift off to dreamland, and I know you will too.
