    Rowan Heggie

" I would love the opportunity to share my story because I think it would be refreshing as I come across to everyone as a very happy go lucky fella who is always laughing. So it may SHOCK some to learn about my battles."

On this weeks episode, I sat down with Rowan Heggie! Rowan reached out to me a few months ago about how over the years he has remained 'UNANNOUNCED' about the mental as physical challenges he faced whilst serving full time within the Australian Army. I was touched by how vulnerable Rowan was willing to let himself be by not only messaging me but also following through to share his amazing story. Rowan and I touched on it all from his childhood dealing with Attention deficit disorder (ADD), sporting career along with the challenges of having a young family whilst balancing work, life and his mental health I hope you enjoy listing to Rowans, amazing story as much as I did.

    Callum Wells

On this weeks episode, I sat down and chatted to my good mate and brother Callum Wells. I met Callum when I was about five or six after moving to Australia, since then Callum has always been someone I could always turn to whenever I need help or just someone to talk to. He has and continues to play a significant role not only in my life but many others.

As Callum mentions throughout our chat he isn’t usually one that talks about his feelings or what he may be going through so to be able to sit down with and him and chat about some of the major challenges he has faced throughout his life was a moment I’ll cherish for life! I hope you enjoying listing to Callum’s amazing story as much as I did.
