Welcome back to the show! It's been over a year since the last episode, I'm sorry! However, I realized it's the 25th anniversary of one of my favorite albums ever - Green Day's Nimrod! Come hang out with me as I discuss some of the making of the album and my personal experiences with it. If you haven't listened to this album before, you definitely have been missing out. 

On this episode we have a very special guest. You may know Reagan Pasternak from her roles in Movies and TV shows (Wynona Earp, Sharp Objects, and Being Erica to name a few). Now she is taking on a new role, the role of Author. Reagan has written a book about mourning the loss of a pet. After a personal journey that she went through after losing her cat Griffin, Reagan was compelled to write about her experience in order to tell her story and to help people who are in the same situation. I found her book to be informative and a good read. Although I personally was not mourning the loss of a pet, I feel the concepts and strategies that she discusses in her book pertain to all types of grief. I hope you enjoy the episode. Welcome to the 2nd part of my interview with my old friends South Florida band Visionary! The second half of their story, plus just a little bit of us catching up. We recorded this just after 4th of July 2020, I released Part 1 Black Friday 2020, and now the conclusion is here on Valentine's Day 2021. I really know how to build suspense.
