Untold: Power for Sale
In December 2022, offices at the European parliament were raided and lawmakers and their relatives were arrested. They were accused of being part of a corruption ring that was taking bribes from Qatar. Never before had there been anything like this at the parliament. But within four months, all the suspects were released, and the case is still pending. Why were members of parliament accused of taking bribes from Qatar? Is the European parliament rotten? Valentina Pop and a team of FT correspondents set out to investigate. Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.

Well researched, well expressed, not junk food like many other pods that explore similar topics topics Top marks for all involved in this production
One sided, lacks any objectivity.

I’m mostly of the same opinion as the other one star review here. It’s sensationalist journalism with the integrity of a wet cardboard box. I’m up to episode 3 so far and it has lacked any objectivity, and only seems to be presenting a series of unfortunate occurrences some Individuals experienced. There is no objectivity at all. Anyone with fair experience in critical thinking should be able to see more holes than a block of Swiss cheese. It hardly explains what these meditation courses actually entail. It does not take much in the way of research to learn what’s involved with these courses. One big flag on this series so far is where the interviewer says they spoke to almost 2 dozen people having rough experiences post course. Then in the next episode seems to lay claim of speaking to a large number of people throughout this “investigation”. A sample of nearly 2 dozen…. Am I missing something here?
Very good podcast and a good warning

The mind is too powerful to play around with it. There are a lot of young people looking for help and learn about themself's. All cases are from young adults and it’s a good warning. This organisations should understand that one methodology doesn’t fit all and that should have expert people and not volunteers to handle things when something goes wrong and also be hold accountable when someone goes bad under their supervision.
Surprisingly good
