Using food to assist hormone balance with Alex Robinson

What a fabulous interview! Two women who speak and share from the heart about living simply, tuning into their bodies and supporting themselves and their communities with grass roots, can do tips about eating to be well, balanced and vital at all ages and stages of womanhood. Highly recommend this!
