Life is freaking hard. We are all doing hard things every single day – things like loving and losing; caring for children and parents; forging and ending friendships; battling addiction, illness, and loneliness; struggling in our jobs, our marriages, and our divorces; setting boundaries; and fighting for equality, purpose, freedom, joy, and peace.
On We Can Do Hard Things, Glennon Doyle, author of UNTAMED; her wife Abby Wambach; and her sister Amanda Doyle do the only thing they’ve found that has ever made life easier: Drop the fake and talk honestly about the hard things including sex, gender, parenting, blended families, bodies, anxiety, addiction, justice, boundaries, fun, quitting, overwhelm . . . all of it.
We laugh and cry and help each other carry the hard so we can all live a little bit lighter and braver, free-er, less alone.

Love your work

Thank you all for making integrity, vulnerability, honour, humour and compassion part of the podcast vernacular. After every episode I feel I’ve been uplifted and challenged, and like you’ve given me a big warm hug. You articulate honest and unpretentious values and ways of being in the world that make it a better place every day.

Relatable, informative, interesting

Before someone gave me Untamed to read in January 2023 I had never heard of Glennon Doyle. That book made me face things I had known and ignored for 10 years. Since then this podcast has continued to broaden my perspective and helped me be brave enough to do so many hard things. Glennon, Abby and Amanda being such unique individuals who are all relatable and vulnerable are such a joy to listen to. This is a very special podcast. I always learn something- regardless of the topic.
Thank you
