Insightful and life-changing
This podcast teaches you important psychologically based skills to help you, and any young people in your life, be able to find your tribe and express your emotions.
I listened to this with my best friend and was glad to find out she applied what she learnt in an episode to her own relationship. She said the simple terminology around trauma helped her better articulate her experience to the people she loves. BIG WIN! Thanks WMITH :)
A refreshing resource for supporting young people
The mix of young people sharing so honestly and wisely alongside passionate mental health workers is powerful. Inspiring, empowering and informative.
