We are extremely grateful to talk to Gemma about her own story of an eating disorder and journey of recovery, we discuss symptoms and triggers, OCD, mental health, promoting early intervention and highlighting how the range of support services Seed offer, from a group of people with lived experience, can provide support to both sufferers and loved ones caring for those suffering to “help the person and not the eating disorder."
