Why is Local Council full of Common People‪?‬ Up Ya Class

    • Society & Culture

Shane, Nelly and Dave are back on their own this own this week and they’re chewing the chop-fat over why local government is dominated – or at least highly populated – by working class people, when State and Feds have the whole thing locked down with their silver spoons.

Dave claims a breakthrough on this front and Nelly takes it back.

Nelly offers “I, Tonya” for Bring a Plate and Shane is shocked to learn that Ringwood had an ice-skating rink in the 1970s.

Finally, a robust discussion is had about Uncle Kev’s Fairlane Duco and whether or not it would ever be touched by an exploited 457-Visa worker at the car wash.

So, the usual.

Up Ya Class is hosted by Nelly Thomas, Shane Liang and Dave O'Neil.
