Hey ladies my name is Ede (pronounced E-D like Edie) I’m 17 and from Australia and I have a question for you all, I recently have been diagnosed with not only severe anxiety but severe medical anxiety this basically means for me that I almost all the time as freaking out that I have some dangerous or fatal disease and with anxiety I often experience general non distinct symptoms which can be caused by anxiety but are also symptoms of these diseases that I’m terrified of, I was wondering if any of you have ever experienced anything like this and if you had do you have any advice for this type of anxiety or even just anxiety in general Love you all, you’re such wonderful women and I love listening to your podcasts during any commuting or cleaning and it always makes me feel less anxious which is just the best lots of love 🧡🧡🧡
