As she investigates the facility's disturbing "gratitude therapy" program, she discovers a horrifying connection to her own family - her grandmother was behind the infamous 1922 Thanksgiving feast that ended in tragedy. The building itself seems alive, preparing for tomorrow's Thanksgiving celebration, while patients exhibit terrifying symptoms of forced "gratitude."
