For example, June 15 1970; add 6+1+5+1+9+7+0 = 29 ==> 2+9 =11 ==> 1+1 = 2 and reduce the total by adding the digit to get to a single digit. The elbow is the juncture where we give our blood and a place where we measured the blood pressure of our heart. Elbow is the only joint that differentiates between men and women as far as flexibility and strength. Women have more flexibility and bending angles when compared to men. Men have greater ability to straighten out their elbows and they can push & pull more more weight and have higher strength abilities compared to women. Elbow signifying our ability to bend, to love, to let go, and to shift as we maneuver our journey of life.     Here is the Fourth pillar of HEALTH that is the shoulders and scapulas that we carry in our bodies. These are the burdens of our families, our children, and/or our society expectations and aspirations that affects our health. We also ride on the shoulders of our great grandparents ideals, accomplishments, and success to be who we are and becoming. Shoulders are representation of the perseverance, purpose, and virtuous rights in angel’s wings to guide with balance and insight. We need fluidity, flow, flexibility, and free range of motion to reach out and expand new horizons in surprise, serenity, and delight. Here we share a story of a Japanese architect who designed the World Trade Center and many iconic universities & airports named Minoru Yamasaki told by his granddaughter Katie Yamasaki in a book called Shapes, Lines, and Lights.     Day 16: The Constitution of Altitude & Attitudes in the 90 Day Journey to the ONE

    This third pillar of HEALTH that is based on our constitution of our attitude and our altitudes. The 3rd pillar is the chief super structure that support our energetic bodies that is located in the hips. The hips hold the sacred chakra that facilitates emotional tension, stress, and trauma. The front of the hips runs the conception vessels that creates the sea of energy of the yin and the back of the hips is the governor’s vessel of the Yang. Our constitution is based on the genetic and ancestral relationships of balancing the yin and the yang, so we can find the flexibility and sensitivity to move through whatever life hands to us. We will end with a beautiful story called The Grandfather’s Song that tell about previous ancestors who came to new lands by journeying to discover a new way of being.
