You may not be as familiar with the name James Monroe as you are George Washington, but this man was dynamic. He was gifted physically, intellectually, and spiritually. He was a Secretary of State, Secretary of War, the Governor of Virginia, a U.S. Diplomat, and two term President of the United States.
