Learn. Do. Inspire - Pursue Your Passions w/ Guest Speaker Primo CUHHH PRT2

In this episode of Learn. Do. Inspire we pick up right where we left off in discussing how important it is for individuals in our community to KNOW themselves when addressing their profession. My mom always told me that work should never feel like a job. However, it's unfortunate to see people going into careers -- not because it's what they love doing, but because it brackets a certain level of income. We address this issue by breaking down comfortability versus being content.  Additionally, Primo shares with us important advice on how to confidently enter a room, what he stands for, and answers a few other questions relating to what kept Primo Grounded throughout the years, and what sets him apart from others in the game.  Primo Cuhh's Shoutout List: Parents Rick  MBK Low Rider (Wrestling Dad) Thom Hernandez Smoke the Reaper Austin Jordan James Dereck Ninja Mack Saudika (Wrestling Mom) Climate Hernandez Lil Flame Young Prez Sounds Effects were found at FreeSound.org Inspector J -- for the Rooster Wake-Up  Joao-Janz -- for the Crowd Clapping  Global Positive News  Zerowastesustainability: Tarleton State University // Dr. Rajani Srinivasan  "Replacing common Toxic Flocculant Method w/ Healthy Alternative using Food-Grade Plant Extracts to capture pollutants found in Sea and Freshwater" Mundoinhospito: Earth Funeral // Tom Harries, Richard Benton, and Carolyn Maezes "An Environmental Friendly alternative to Burial and Cremation -- Soil Transformation specialists are using soil to decompose the body within a 45-day process creating nutrient-rich soil as a result." Learn. DO. Inspire - Pursue Your Passions w/ Guest Speaker PRIMO CUHHH prt. 1

I’m doing a little series on pursuing our passions: with the focus aimed on encouraging my audience and listeners to keep pushing forward (especially in a manner that is authentic to each of us individually). I believe there’s something beautiful about seeing people challenge themselves and produce content that they entirely make. Our passions are often born through inspiration from a thought or an external source and it’s always great to see how far it can go based on the tenacity and dedication of an individual. I also think that doing what you enjoy doing amidst your day-to-day routine is what I would totally consider self-care because you're showing up in spaces that make you Content and are not just living a life of comfort. My guest speaker today is someone I’ve known for a long time, And I’ve always admired the fact that he never allowed anyone to dim his light or make him feel insecure about his passions and interests. I can still remember when we were in Elementary school and the love Robert had towards KISS (a famous rock band)— and his love for wrestling (more specifically WWE). And throughout the years, it’s wonderful to see how his blueprint is reflecting what I’ve noticed he’s always gravitated towards in his journey.  I'm excited to share this conversation with you! Just to re-instate, these words of encouragement are ones you don't easily get tired of hearing... in fact, I feel as though you can't hear these words too much! On Part 1 of this two Part Episode, Robert shares with the audience how he came to love wrestling, and what sets him apart from others in the Game! Learn. Do. Inspire - Music is Powerful w/ Guest Speaker Quá Ambitions

In this episode, I've invited a very special guest: J-Quan to the show to discuss how impactful Music can be annnnd I'm excited to debut the Intro that Quá engineered for me!! Here we discuss how Music should be a reflection of us, and capture our perspectives and outlooks as we explore & evolve more. In that, J'Quan and I touch on how music is driven by emotion through artists who play and compose Instruments, and how the story is told from doing so.  Bless those who create music and bring people of different backgrounds together. When you really think about it -- Music breaks barriers and is able to tell a tale through creativity and rhythm. There are also many genres that aid in the mood and mentalities of its' listeners... For example, romance invokes ideas and concepts centered around sensuality and love; jazz aids and invokes creativity and liberty. Rap shares the life experiences of its narrator and can inspire its' listeners to approach different challenges alternatively... All I'm trying to say is; Music is vast and encapsulates so much that I had to bring this topic to focus. This was such a beautiful and DEEP conversation... and with Music being such a broad topic, I love that we could talk about many of the aspects that make up Music: Like the intentions and declarations in how our expressions are channeled.  J'Quan aka Quá Ambitions is a long-time friend who's so musically inclined and has been dropping songs since 2021 -- make sure to check out his Album Growth Over Company, and his newly released song, Background Reminders, and when I reached out to see if he could engineer the background audio for my show, I knew he'd be the perfect person to bring on because he's inspired me in so many ways!  This episode is a gem.  Quá Ambitions' top 3 Songs to Listen to:  1. My Bad "That's one that I love. That's one of my best mixes to date." 2. Sidewalk Sentiments "I love that one." 3. Basejump "Deepest one / hardest one to listen to sometimes - not because of quality but because of content."

Learn. Do. Inspire - A Discussion on Love w/ Guest Speakers Khalil & Marcos

Today's episode of Learn. Do. Inspire explores what it means to embody that of love. Often times we get caught up in an idea of what it means through the influence of TV, Music, and general social constructs... However, I feel that many of us miss that important pivotal step of loving ourselves first before we enter friendships and relationships. But please note: How you approach the world in your outlook mentally, spiritually, physically, and emotionally is fundamental for how you contribute to bettering the spaces around you.  In this episode, we discuss how my maker, creator, and universe are that of LOVE. It's literally who he is. Throughout all of history, he's exercised his power through his commands of both good and bad things which is important to acknowledge because it is only through his tender mercy, love and kindness, that I am sitting here today talking to you -- and that you are sitting here alive, well, and breathing reading this very description. In my previous episode, I stress how important it is to look past the materialistic world that man has created and understand that we live solely within the mind of the all. But understand that we are conditioned to see life in this 2-dimensional reality when it's sooo much more than that.  In our discussion of love, it's through that of the term Agape meaning love that comes from God, because again he is love... However, I want to stress that LOVE is also a CHOICE. It's an ability through which we have the power to exercise it when we are faced with offenses done by others. 1st Corinthians V13 says:  Love is Patient and Kind. Love is not Jealous. It does not brag, and it is not proud. Love is not rude, it is not selfish and it cannot be made angry easily. Love does not remember wrongs done against it. Love is never happy when others do wrong... but it is always happy with the truth. Love never gives up on people. It never stops trusting, never loses hope, and never quits. Love will never end.  It's nice to read what's written in the Bible but very seldom do we apply what we read to ourselves -- which overall segues into self-love. Love is patient? But are we patient with ourselves? Are we kind to ourselves? Even the world around us? There are many aspects to our ecosystem that feeds and sustains the lifestyle we're comfortable having but are we loving towards the earth? Its species? Its resources? Its land? Because fam, if you don't love yourself, how can you really and truly even love those around you? Are the same standards and expectations that we set for other people even being followed by you? I always say that unity is Love. I strongly doubt that we were all put on this earth to try and get through it alone. I'll gladly be the first to admit that life isn't fair. It isn't easy... but really and truly the only way to combat evil is to let it slide right off of you through being extremely truthful, vulnerable, and trusting of each other. And if that isn't easy for you-- reflect on if you're rude to others, or easily peeved when someone has done something inconsiderate towards you. Or if you're made angry when you don't receive something you felt you were deserving of...Are you seeking the truth? Or are you content with living ignorantly in settings that don't sustain you? Behind closed doors, we need to reflect and ask how we want to see ourselves... How do we want to nurture unproductive energy into productive energy? What do we need to change in our lifestyles to get there? We don't just exist as one people, or one culture, or one ethnicity, or one species - so it's really worth asking: How are we actively coming together to better one another?

Learn. Do. Inspire -- Basics of the Climate Catastrophe

Please tune into the Basics of the Climate Catastrophe to better understand a little more about this, 'Anthropocene Era,' that paleontologists, geologists, and scientists are coining this era in time.  Honestly, it's pretty easy to understand that big corporations, unconscious actions, and personal motives are playing a huge role in devasting/ ruining our planet all in the name of money from the continued extraction of resources, minerals, and metals found in certain continents.  In this episode, I try to stress how humans are so accustomed to the natural world in which we exist that we easily forget our absolute dependence on survival is from this planet and its' services. Additionally, the food we eat, tolerable temperatures we face, employment opportunities we have - and so much more- are solely dependent on the role biodiverse organisms play in stabilizing the balance of the Earth's climate.  However, in the name of wealth and greed, this balance is dangerously at risk due to Man's immoral constructs, unethical techniques, and disgusting practices. In fact, a lot of individuals (or at least those in corporate settings) are more interested in continued materialistic gain than the threatening issues Earth and its civilization are in danger of facing if this issue isn't emphasized further.  This isn't an episode meant to scare my audience, but instead to further educate the masses so that more discussions are being had about the depravity of this issue. In future episodes, we'll expand more on the subjects covered and introduce more ways in which we can create innovative solutions.
