Regrets and negative self talk - What is it and how to use it to your benefit
We all have been consumed by regret at some point in time. We play stories in our minds and criticise ourselves for decisions that we take. This regretful self talk can dwindle your focus and can harm your relationships, personally and at work. While regret is a negative emotion, a shift in perspective can turn this negative emotion into something positive.
