In this next active meditation I invite you to some more deeply somatic meditative work. Stomping, shaking and releasing are such powerful techniques to get us back into our bodies, to feel the connection with our bodies and to shift our energy. These are simple yet deeply effective ways of getting in touch with our energy and they also teach us where stuck energy lies. Incorporating these practices into your daily routine can be impactful and help you to feel connected, rooted and with a beautiful awareness of your body.
