It's been over a month since the New Zealand naval vessel, HMNZS Manawanui sunk off the coast of Samoa. But plans to remove the fuel from the vessel are beginning to take shape. Papers appointing a contractor for the fuel removal have been drawn up, while experts work around the clock to contain oil slowly leaking to the surface.
