This podcast is such a hilarious and educational journey that is very pleasant to take once a week. You can disappear from your own head for an hour and a half, distributed through the week, and come out of it smarter. I find it grounding, and calming for the end of my day. An absolute class podcast.

Don’t judge Blindboy by the plastic shopping bag on his head - each episode is a blast. He unpicks myths, shoots sacred cows, skewers hypocrisy and cant (sic!); he educates and informs and all the while gently promotes mental health, tolerance, and the rehabilitation of that slighted city Limerick. He’s a guerrilla intellectual!

A must listen. There hasn’t been this level of smart, hilarious, thought provoking Irish social commentary since Dermot Morgan in Scratch Saturday.
