I'm Cam, the host of the Lifting and Life Podcast. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, I'm a Personal Trainer and I work 9-5 in IT.
I chat to a wide range of people from coaches, to business owners and even my own mates - the aim is to educate and enable you to pursue your own self improvement journey.
