Shane Wilson and I have similar career backgrounds, down to the year we started in the Cement industry. The commonality of our past allowed me to ask, how did you get to where you are now. Shane's thoughts on keeping opportunities open by being willing to learn from anyone, and his criteria for selecting mentors was impactful to his career growth.
