In this episode I share with you a technique that helped me through times of change. Obstacles that I crossed and identified a way to keep my on track and feeling good! How to work through external influences, how to identify the influence of others on you as aiding or non aiding and then what to do with that awareness to keep you and your energy at your optimum. The one with the lockdown

This podcast I am joined by my sister ‘virtually’ as we are in lockdown! Along with the rest of the world. We’re talking how we are all getting on. 5 weeks in for most some even more!
