Take a listen to understand the unique way to rid yourself of unnecessary stress! I came up with three levels to categorize situations in our lives based on levels of control: Level 1: consist of things that you can control and easily change. An example would be losing weight, becoming financially stable, looking for a new job etc Level 2: consist of things that you can slightly change. An example would be social media. Although you cannot change what people post , you can change how you perceive their post (either being inspired or jealous ) Level 3: consist of things you have no control over! I call this level the GOD FIELD! This is the level where we can not find the answers, where we can not figure things out etc. This is the level where we can become the most stressed of we try to take control. An example would be a loved one in need of a healing miracle! Simply put, when we put situations on the wrong levels we experience stress. The higher the level, the less control you have over that situation!
