Stop and process - raw and unedited

I noticed that my wife Teagen was not as over the moon as I was hoping she would be about installing shelves for her plants. I literally stopped what we were doing and hit record (she didn't know i did it haha) but she was sharing her honest thoughts and feelings about what was going on and why she wasn't so over the moon about the shelves. It turned out she was trying to process feelings about her plants in other arenas and that was not allowing her to enjoy the moment we were that normally would bring her joy.
