Emotional Self-Defense

Emotional Self-Defense (ESD) is a podcast that's more like a pod-class. Listen to 5-minute and 10-minute audio classes and improve how you communicate in the world. The goal? To respond to any emotional attack with love. Warning: the classes can be very emotionally intense. Some may hit you harder than others, and yet I believe that you have the strength to get through them. I have to trust that you will do what you need to do to take care of yourself. I have taught in-person classes in the US and in over 10 countries across Europe and Africa. I was originally charging for these online classes, and then I realized that I wanted to give them free to the world.
