Mental Health Introduction

This podcast is designed to create mental health awareness in south asian region. In this podcast I will discuss mental health illnesses, thier symptoms, treatments or managements. I will also explain reasons behind the mental health illnesses, and what social, emotional, economical and other factors are contributing in spreading mental health illnesses in our society.
