This is the practice 4 for week 4 if Mindful Self- Compassion for Medicine : Meeting Difficult Emotions in Medicine.We Nanette emotions to tame them and feel them to heal them , by becoming aware of the interoceptive signature of our emotions. We then soften the area physical and soothe the emotion mentally , decreasing the intensity of the emotion.
